If so, this webinar is for you… So grab a cuppa, sit back and take a whistle-stopped tour of how you can take back control, check your behaviours and use our tips to help you get back on track.

We will look at how your state of mind impacts your behaviours, this in turn affects performance which then affects your state of mind further.

In addition, we will look at how the stories in our heads can also really impact and knock us off track – This webinar looks at the choices we all have – if we are able to rationalise our thoughts and stop the emotional hijacking.

Emotional resilience and agility are powerful tools that help us to notice our behaviours, triggers, response mechanisms and evaluation. Without practicing, noticing and adapting, our behaviours can become negative habits – these can be easily changed!

There is a also a very useful exercise at the end of the webinar for you to answer a number of questions at a quick pace (to stop the inner chatter) to help you get clear of what is important and how little tweaks can make a real difference to how you respond when your day gets derailed.

The webinar will help you get clear about what it is you want to change, what minor tweaks you can make as well as how you can commit to the changes so that they become habitual. Enjoy!
