What is Supervision:
Clinical Supervision is a professional working relationship and process between supervisor and supervisee to support the supervisee to develop, evolve and grow their clinical practice. It will also offer support for the supervisee’s well-being.
This will be offered within a safe, contained, confidential space within agreed boundaries of ethical practice and membership body /employer requirements.
The supervisor and supervisee will work together to enable the effectiveness. ethical and safe development of the supervisee /client relationship through reflection, observation, insights and guidance.
